These SMS Terms and Consent provisions govern text messages sent by Wisdom Gate Tax and Advisory, a trade name of Expansion Builders LLC (“Wisdom Gate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SMS Program
When you voluntarily opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Wisdom Gate Tax and Advisory at the mobile telephone number you provide.

By opting in, you confirm that:
• You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
• You authorize Wisdom Gate Tax and Advisory to send text messages to that number.
• Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service provider. Wisdom Gate Tax and Advisory does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages, but your carrier may impose charges.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will then stop receiving text messages from that messaging program unless you provide new consent.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through another authorized method regarding an active appointment, engagement, legal requirement, or account matter.

Privacy and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All sharing described in our Privacy Policy excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
We may use telecommunications carriers and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our messaging program.

Carriers and Message Delivery
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and telecommunications services. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered within a particular timeframe.
Supported Devices and Eligibility
You must have a text-enabled mobile device and an active mobile service plan to participate.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to provide consent.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our messaging practices, services, technology, carrier requirements, or legal obligations.
